Works on Paper:

The artist continues to be interested in water and the complexities of its language.  Mysterious and sensory, Fredericks’ drawings and paintings are at once maps, conversations and prayers linking the observer to a deeper communion with water. Hers is a reverent awareness of water as a conduit and amplifier of intuition and a repository of ever-changing but expanding memories and markings.

From 2000-2002 she collaborated with Maine artist, Dona Seegers, on Being in Water.  From 2002-2006 she collaborated with Canadian poet, Guy Jean, on Et l’eau repondit…And Water Answered. See video of this project.
